Capabilities
Seven capabilities. One call.
Rate limiting should be boring infrastructure — like Postgres, like Redis. One gateway, one API key, one flat-rate bill.
One call. Every verdict. Standard headers.
Brume is a focused Rust gateway for rate limiting. Your app sends one HTTP call; the gateway evaluates the rule, override, quota, and blocklist atomically and answers with a verdict plus standard X-RateLimit headers. No Redis for you to operate, no Lua to maintain.
What you get, by tier.
